Start monitoring

Open the Monitoring page and enter the direct

URL of a public Terms of Service, Terms of Use, or Privacy Policy document.

Themys identifies the document type, stores a baseline, and checks it on the

frequency you choose.

Plan limits and alerts

The limit applies to active monitored documents. A change creates an alert in

the app. Personal and Founder plans can also receive one email per alert through

the verified Themys email service.

Disable notifications or monitoring

Open Alerts to read document changes. Choose Mark as read on an alert to

clear its unread status; the alert remains available for reference.

Use Email on / Email off beside a monitored document to change its email

preference. Select Remove to stop future checks and alerts entirely. Email

delivery is authenticated and retried when a temporary delivery failure occurs;

the same alert is never intentionally sent twice.

Monitoring works only with public documents that Themys can identify with high

confidence. If a URL changes document type or becomes inaccessible, the

subscription is marked for review instead of generating a misleading alert.
